It's very hot and humid in Osaka now and hotter in some places because the summer sales are just starting. For most department stores and shopping arcades it is from around June 27th to July 13th and some places will continue the sales until the end of July.
If you fit Japanese sizes, you'll find nice clothes at a good price!
